Davenport Perth Residency & Arts 4 All
Arts for All, Arte per Tutti, Arte para Todos (later changed to Arts4All) was Jumblies’ first multi-year residency leading to the large-scale production of Once A Shoreline in 2004, and the launching of Jumblies’ first Offshoot. Arts4All is still based at Davenport Perth Neighbourhood Centre, in the West of downtown Toronto, distinctive for its long-standing weekly program (Arts4All Players), and series of radically inclusive theatre and arts projects informed by historical and current themes.

Arts4All provided a first opportunity for Ruth Howard to apply Jumblies multi-phased process:
2001–2002: Research & Development - Workshops in dance (with Lisa Sandlos), storytelling (with Alan Merovitz), community choir (with Tabby Johnson), neighbourhood models and wishes (with Florencia Berinstein); lantern and giant puppet-making, doll-making, placemats and event decorations, stilting & more, culminating in Spring production of Arts for All Festival and More or The Magic Fish - an outdoor meal and performance. 2003-2004: Creation - Continued multi-arts workshops, Oral History Project, exploration of themes of doors and transitions - leading to a day-long multi-activity event: the Land of 3 Doors. (see gallery & credits)
2004-2005: Production - Intensive year of script and score creation, design and making, and rehearsals, leading to the presentation of Once A Shoreline: large-scale music-driven community play, weaving together ancient history of the land and water surrounding Davenport with stories of girlhood from Italian-Portuguese seniors and undocumented Toronto residents. 2005-2007: Legacy - including the Mosaic Project (decorating the backyard bake oven at DPNC, with Red Pepper Spectacle), and Your Name is Written in the Sky, a theatre project written by Liz Rucker, designed by Faye Dupras and directed by Lisa Marie DiLiberto

2007-9: Arts4All becomes Jumblies first Offshoot, with Artistic Director Lisa Marie DiLiberto:
Community Cabarets, series of whimsical indoor/outdoor community performances.
We Live Here! a large outdoor community play, at Pelham Park Toronto Community Housing, written by Liz Rucker, directed by Lisa Marie DiLiberto, composed and musical directed by Eric Schwindt, with Dan Watson, Beth Helmers, other artists and multi-aged community members.

2009: Elizabeth Rucker becomes Artistic Director and produces projects including:
2010–2012: I Was a Brave Child, a community play at Davenport Perth Neighbourhood Centre, telling a childhood story from WW2 from a member of DPNC’s Italian Seniors program. Written by Liz Rucker
2020: Tijana Spasic becomes Artistic Director, steering Arts4All through the Covid Pandemic and beyond. (link to Arts4All Offshoot gallery),
